He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dougherty and Myrtle Dougherty (Frazier); and his son Jeffrey. He is survived by: his spouse Evah McRae; his children, Mitchell of Port Clinton, OH, Milt of McPherson, KS, Marie Brown, Melinda Dougherty and Marilyn Wilson of Grove City, OH; and his sister Lois Doty of Natoma, KS. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
