He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Williams and Rosalie Williams (McCutcheon); his brother Fred; and his granddaughter Kylie Hamm. He is survived by: his wife Mary Rogers; his children, Jeff Williams (Vicki) of Geneseo, KS, Chris Williams (Ann) of Wamego, KS and Anita Hamm (Tim) of Wells, KS; his grandchildren, Ashley, Wendy, Cody, Ty, Lane, Garrett, Wyatt and Nathan; and his great grandchildren, RaeLynn, Kolson, Kendall, Hadley, Riggs and Asher.
