He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Halsey and Ethel L. Halsey Cornell (Wolf); his stepfather Kenny Cornell; and his nephew Dwayne Davis. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Halsey; his children, Amber Morris (Billy) of Shawnee, Candice Morris (Jeremy) of Linwood and Brent Romig (Samantha) of Kansas City, KS.; his grandchildren, Paige, Haylee, Aubrie, Jax, Lincoln, Bentley, Landon, Jordan, Mariah, Hunter, Nevaeh and Brenten; and his siblings, David Halsey (Julie), Wanda Harris (Dave), Trenna Hayes (Randy), Donna Davis, George Halsey (Delene), Terri Fennelly (Don) and Craig Halsey (Lisa). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
