He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald H. and Mary A. Stout (Snodgrass). He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Gallegos (Joshua) and Samantha Ogendi (Malack); his siblings, Richard Stout (Dana) and Rhonda Rast (Jake); and his grandchildren, Skylar and Olivia.
