He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Tex" Phillips and Emma Margaret Phillips (Boatwright). He is survived by: his children, Jeff Phillips (Lori) of Bonner Springs, KS, Kenny Jones of Loveland, CO, Pam Widmer of Baldwin City, KS and Margaret Kathy Graff (Thomas) of Wichita, KS; and his siblings, Keith Phillips of Kansas City, KS and Betty Lou Carter (Frank) of Garfield, AR.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
