He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Kohlmeyer and Marilyn Kohlmeyer (Tate); and his brother Rodney Kohlmeyer. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Kohlmeyer (Locklear); his daughters, Vanessa Faye Kohlmeyer of Linwood, KS., Holley Anne Kohlmeyer of Nashville, TN. and Anne Marie Kohlmeyer of Tonganoxie, KS.; his grandchildren, Chloe and Tristin; and his sister Annette McCauley of Michigan.
