He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Lohmeyer and Ella Lohmeyer (Uffman); and his brother-in-law Jim Johnson. He is survived by: his sisters, Ellanita (Ellie), Lynn Menz of Jefferson, IA, Freda (Dan Howard) and Zionsville (Elvera Johnson). He is also survived by 2 nephews, 5 nieces, and neighbors and friends.
A memorial fund has been established and the family will determine its designation.
