She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard "Rocky" Bourne and Edna Bourne (Brown); her husband Frank Blaha; and her stepmother Dorothy (Frank Blaha). She is survived by: her brother Bob Bourne; her stepbrother Marshall Ballard; her sons, Michael Blaha (Kristy Balthazor), Mitchell Blaha of Manhattan, KS, Marshall Blaha (Staci) of Platte City, MO and Monte Blaha (Angela) of Manhattan, KS; her stepbrother Rod Ballard (Sixteen) of Lincoln, NE.; her grandchildren, Michelle Fulton, Jessica Blaha, Joshua Blaha, Chase Blaha, Paige Blaha, Cain Blaha, Brennen Blaha, Trenton Blaha, Nicholas Blaha, Matthew Blaha, Jarod Blaha, Wyatt VanDorn, Derek VanDorn, Wyatt Alexander, Kendal Proctor and Aidan Proctor; and also Kendall Simcox. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
