He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Alan Wilson and Nina Edna Hook; his brother Thomas (Imogene Hook); his son Wallace David Hook; his daughter-in-law Doana Hook; and his grandson Pfc.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Wilkerson; his children, Sharon (Vincent Feden) of Overland Park, James Hook of Cleveland, Susan (James Stice) of Benson and Rebecca (Michael Stewart) of Overland Park; and his siblings, Coralyn (James Towner) of Raytown and Victor (Marilyn Hook) of Fredonia. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren and 23 Great Grandchildren.
