He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Arnel and Margaret Arnel (Lewis); and his siblings, Betty Perry, Otis Arnel, Opal Arnel, Donald Arnel and William Arnel.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janet McClelland of McPherson, KS and Susan Arnel of McPherson, KS; his siblings, Wilma Burris, Mae Smith (Dale) and James Arnel (Karen); his grandchildren, Robert Spooner, Chad Spooner and Megan Dirks; and his great grandchildren, Caleb, Alister and Vaughn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
