He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret; his children, Mary Martin and Daniel Carlson; his son-in-law James Wilson; his grandson Brian Shultz; his great grandchild Caden Carlson; his siblings, Arnold Milton, Homer (Margaret), Helen Watts (Herb) and Eunice Peterson (Norris); and his nephew Donald Carlson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marsha Wilson, Rachel Carlson (Aaron), Mim Carlson (Pat Crockett) and Rita Shultz (Craig); and his children-in-law, John Martin (Jolene) and Jane Allison (Duane). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, six nieces and nephews and many relatives.
