She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hobsun and Mary Jane Love (Benwy); and her grandson Kordel Longacre. She is survived by: her husband Lester Ray Carter; and her sons, Thomas "Leo" Eslinger (Carie) of Roxbury, KS and Johnnie E. Eslinger (Venus) of Marina, CA. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Crick-Chrisitans Funeral Home (103 N Washington St, Lindsborg, KS 67456).
