She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Forbenius and Katherine Forbenius (Beisel); her husband Raynold Swenson; her siblings, Marion, E. Dean Forbenius, Ruth Forbenius and Betty Beneke; and her son-in-law Tony Patterson.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Debra; her children, Dale Swenson (Julie) and Debra Patterson; and her grandchildren, Damian Vosburg, Danyel Patterson, Jessica Patterson, Katie Swenson (Mike) and Kendal Swenson (Amber).
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Kindred Hospice or the Bethany Home.
