He was predeceased by: his father Virgil "Dean" Malm; and his sister Jae Lea Malm. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Malm (Harper) of Lindsborg; his daughters, Laynette Rowson (Stephen) of Jacksonville, FL and Carrie Ellis (Chip) of Lindsborg; his brother Harper Malm (Kathy) of Lindsborg; his grandchildren, Shian (Andrew), Caleb, Logann (Caleb), Kaylyn and Makenah; and his great grandchildren, Leo, Veronica, Blair, Adriano and Kylo.
