She is survived by: her mother Sharon L. Spohn (Hodges); her husband Michael Zarnes; her father Scott W. Spohn; her children, Aspen Leighanne Spohn, Brenton Scott Spohn and Gabriel Ethan Dean Martin; her sister Cristy Hollingsworth (Chris); her grandparents, Charla, Wendell Waggoner, Alan and Joanne Hodges; and her godparents, Phil and Lois McClanahan. She is also survived by 2 uncles, 4 aunts, and many cousins and extended family.
