She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Moore and Ellen Moore (Godfrey); her husband Donald D. Rich; her siblings, Helen Hartzfeld (Moore), Irene Churning (Moore), Wayne, Arnold and Gene; her nephew Kenneth Churning; her siblings-in-law, Opal Moore (Frank), Marie Moore (Springer), LaVera Moore (Vasey), Orma Courbot (Rich), Melvin Hartzfeld, Carl Churning Sr., Edward Courbot, Ronald Rich and Earl Rich; and her close friend Dale McClaskey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Penny Montgomery (Jeffrey) and Cindy Short (Jerry); her grandchildren, Dylan Hoffman, Zachary Montgomery (Kennedy), Jackson Montgomery (Kendall Schlesener), Nicholas Montgomery (Chip Roberts), Sivonna Williams (Tristen Hale) and Emma Bradley (Owen); her stepgrandchildren, D. J. (Brooklyn), Tyler Short and Lakyn Short; and her great grandchildren, Raelyn Hoffman, Liliana Hale and Liam Hale. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
