He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil W. Riggs and Blanche Riggs (Miller); his wife Janie Riggs; and his brother Carl Riggs. He is survived by: his former wife Jane Mary Riggs (Bock); his children, Judith J. Clubine (Riggs) of McPherson, KS and Robert W. Riggs of Lindsborg, KS; his grandchildren, Todd Clubine (Libby) of Wellington, KS, Josie Weaver (Brant) of Lindsborg, KS and Zoe Riggs of Junction City, KS; his great grandchild Briar Clubine; and his brother Roy Riggs (Paula) of Kingman, KS..
