He is survived by: his sons, Donny Smith (Jamie) of Clovis, CA, Jerry Smith of Fresno, CA and Jason Smith (Mandy) of Lindsborg; his grandchildren, Nick, Kylie, Blake, Madison and Jace; and his great grandchildren, Connor and Kellyn.
