She was predeceased by: her parents, Milo R Johnson and Dorothy Johnson (Bunnell); her husband John F. Opat; her brother Rex Johnson; and her daughter Diane Opat.
She is survived by: her children, David Opat (Eunice) of Lindsborg, KS, Jane Balaun of Saline County and Joseph Opat of Lindsborg, KS; her sister Karen Leaf (J. Alan) of Lindsborg, KS; and her sister-in-law Susie Johnson of Miami, TX. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
