He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Junior and Jane Carr (Krueger). He is survived by: his spouse Karol Englund; his children, Tabetha and William (Tonia); his grandchildren, Lacy, Nathan, Jocelyn, Natalie and Coraline; his sisters-in-law, Kathy Englund (Ted) and Kirsten Vassalli (Gregg); and his mother-in-law Joyce Englund. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, at Dan's request a memorial fund has been set up at Peoples Bank and Trust, PO Box 111, Lindsborg, KS, to benefit his family.
