She was predeceased by: her parents, Carrie Koons (Johnson) and George William Koons; and her siblings, Elsie Harmon, Elgin Koons and Leon Koons.
She is survived by: her spouse Dyrl Theon Koons; her children, Dyrl T. Koons II (Paula) of Sunrise Beach, Delwin T. Koons (Wendy) of Lindsborg and Darla T. Schriner (Rick) of Lindsborg, Kansas; her grandchildren, Brett Koons (Angela), Amber Gonzalez (Tony), Eryn Koons, Megan Scott (James), Ashley Brown and Derrick Schriner; and her great grandchildren, Cameron Koons, Raef Koons, Charlotte Koons, Lily Brown and Anthony Gonzalez.
