She was predeceased by: her parents, Freda Reichert (Decker) and Arthur W. Reichert; and her brother Dennis. She is survived by: her son Ryon Carey (James Baker) of Lindsborg, KS; her sister Agnes Reichert of McPherson, KS; her sister-in-law Linda Meier (Lloyd) of Marion, KS; her grandchild Tristyn Swanson (Joshua); her great grandchild Bodhi of Lindsborg, KS; her grandson Ian Baker of Lawrence, KS; her nephew Justin Reichert (Nicole Grady) of McPherson, KS; her great-nephew Thorin Reichert (Andrea); and also Waylon of McPherson, KS. She is also survived by loving cousins and friends.
She continued working at Bethany Home until the COVID-19 pandemic struck, reluctantly retiring in the fall of 2020.
Memorial donations may be given to Bethany Home, Messiah Evangelical Lutheran Church, or Lindsborg Community Hospital in care of Stockham Family Funeral Home, 205 North Chestnut, McPherson, KS 67460.
