He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gardner (Dunlap); his children, Ian Gardner (Lindsay) of Albuquerque, NM, Jake Gardner (Kati) of Lincoln, KS and Cameo Ibsen of Kansas City, MO; and his siblings, Bob Gardner (Theresa) of Olathe, KS, Jerry Meeks (Amy) of Olathe, KS, Beverly Dawson of Buckner, MO and Jan Maxwell (David) of Buckner, MO.
