Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Duane leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Helus and Annette Helus (Brown); and his brother Terry Lee Helus. He is survived by: his wife Florence Diane Steinborn of Lincoln; his stepdaughter Ida Marie Steinborn; his daughters, Kimberly Dawn and Chloe Lynn Helus; his sister Linda Rosebrook (Dan); his nieces, Jennifer Dionne (Charles) and Stacey Gawith (Matthew); and his nephew Mike Rosebrook (Sara).
