He was predeceased by: his parents, Edw Hamilton and Lucile Hamilton; his sister Joyce Holl (Raymond); and his nephew Leon Holl. He is survived by: his wife Sharron King Lewick; his daughters, Teree Rohleder (Nick) of Salina, Tracee Hamilton of Salina and N. C.; his grandson Dustin Engelken (Farah); and his great grandchildren, Ayala, Maelys and Amelya.
