Ayako Jensen Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ayako Jensen of Lincoln, Kansas, who passed away on November 16, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kumajiro Takada (Tachi) and Shizu Takada; her husband John Jensen; and her son Jerry Jensen. She is survived by: her siblings, Mitsuji, Masao, Fumio, Kazue and Teruko; her children, David Jensen of Lincoln, Rose Gourley of Lincoln and Susan Turpin (Randal Loder) of Scott City, KS; and her grandchildren, Troy Gourley (Kara), Toni Jensen (Merle Tippy), Scott Jensen, Tami Zimmerman (Matt), Sara Kuhl (Stephen), Todd Jensen (Kendra) and Brett Jensen (Sandra). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
