He was predeceased by: his wife Eula Mae; his sons, A. Wade and Jeff Howell; his grandson-in-law Donnie Moore; and his siblings, Doyle Howell (Julie), Bob Jones (Janet), Vaudline Field (Rex) and Cheryl LePisto.
He is survived by: his son Daniel Howell; his grandchildren, Dusty Howell, Nikki Howell, Katie McWilliams (Jason), Joshua Howell, Whit Divilbiss, Court Allmond and KaiCee Campbell; his brothers, Frank Howell (Nina), Lyle Howell (Lyn) and Butch Howell (Marge); and his brother-in-law Jim LePisto. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
