She was predeceased by: her parents, George Carlile and Yvonne Carlile (Campbell); her son Brian Boutz; her brother Alan Carlile; and her great-nephew Kaiser Carlile.
She is survived by: her sisters, Yvette Marie Cravens (Franklin) of Pueblo, CO. and Tammy Kay Hawk of Elkhart, KS; her nieces and nephews, Jason Franklin, Chad Carlile, Brandon Franklin, Dusty Hawk, Randy Hawk, David Hawk, Dillion Hawk, Dalton Hawk, Jenny Olson and Amber Franklin; and her friend Church.
