He is survived by: his wife Ruth Duffin; his children, Maxine Phelps Carpenter of Beaver, OK, Stephanie Phelps Champagne of Duncanville, TX and Brian Phelps (Stephanie) of Broken Arrow, OK; his grandchildren, Candace Goitia, Kiana Goitia, Jordan Phelps, Tierra Phelps and Leilah Champagne; his great grandchildren, Ileyah Ross-Goitia, Mekhi Goitia, Imauri Eikenberry, Ivilyss Chau, Monae Chau and Ilijah Orozco; and his sister Helen Wilson of Detroit, MI. He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
