She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph V Hester and Rose H Sutherland; her husband Jimmy Combs; her children, John and Combs Sr.; and her siblings, Victor Roy Hester and Helen Hester.
She is survived by: her siblings, Gene Hester (Linda) of Gate, Oklahoma., Karen Seibel (Don) of Chandler and Donna Hester Moody of Wichita, Kansas.; her grandchildren, Shawna Lyn Polk, John C. Combs Jr. (Tina), Travis James Combs and Justin Roy Combs (Dalia); and her great grandchildren, Emily Madison Polk, Jordyn Polk, Carter Polk, Helena Combs, Connor Combs, Harper Combs, Madilynn Combs and Allison Combs.
