He was predeceased by: his parents, Von Kaup and Betty Kaup (Martin); and his brother Billy Kaup. He is survived by: his son Kevin Dale Kaup Liberal; his stepson Ken Hendrix Tyrone; his daughter Marisa Kaup Vacaville; his stepdaughter Sandy Thigpen Coffeyville; and his brother Ron Kaup (Carolyn Liberal).
