He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Colvin and Edith Colvin (Melton); and his brother Jeff Colvin. He is survived by: his children, Eric Colvin and Macy Tottey; his siblings, Rick Colvin (Marvina) and Cindy Schaeffer (Neal); and his grandchildren, Layla and Colton Tottey.
