He was predeceased by: his mother Viola Wagner (Wheaton); his daughter Kimberly Wagner; his sisters, Norma Wagner of Cedaredge and Futrell; and his parents-in-law, Harold, Wanda Greenwald and Earshel Futrell.
He is survived by: his father Harry Wagner; his wife Sybil Wagner; his daughter Cathi Crosier (Jim) of Liberal; his grandchildren, Haley Lawson (MJ), Kinsi Graham, Caleb Crosier-Torrez (Javier), Lexi Avila (Alejandro) and Bayli Crosier; and his great grandchildren, Weston Graham, Arabella Avila, Kaiya Lawson, Reign Avila, Leo Maska and Greg Greenwald. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
Memorial Donations go to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Liberal Animal Shelter in care of Hornung Family Funeral Home, 1212 W. 2nd Street, Liberal, Kansas.
