It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Silvia Tapia (Liberal, Kansas), who passed away on October 17, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vincente Tapia and Maria Flores of Trojes, Mexico.; her daughter Sonia Ramirez of Liberal, Kansas.; her nephew Arturo Soto; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Bianca and Macario Soto; her siblings, Ruben Tapia, Javier Tapia, Vincente Tapia, Rodolfo Tapia, Alicia Tapia, Azucena Tapia and Coco Tapia; her grandchildren, Ruby Soto and Alondra Hernandez; her great grandchild Sofia Soto; her son Tomas Noe Soto; and also Patricia Herrera of Soto. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
