He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roman Chavez and Dolores Camacho; his wife Maria Del Carmen Rosales; his children, Omar Chavez-Alaniz Waco, Oscar Chavez Liberal, Uriel, Yuridia Chavez Liberal and Brenda; his siblings, Ciro Chavez, Ruben Chavez, Luis Fernando Chavez, Elia Goitia, Rosalva Perez, Olga Beyna and Anabel Chavez; and his grandsons, Isaac Omar and Omar Silvano Alaniz.
