Ruth Ann Stoops Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2020, at the age of 82, Ruth Ann Stoops (Liberal, Kansas), born in Washington, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank D. Clark and Martha P. Clark (Pence); and her siblings, Norman Clark (Dorothy), Thomas Calvin "Cal" Clark (Kathleen "Tike") and Erma Wenger (Gilbert "Gib).
She is survived by: her children, Ann Benfer (Kurt Guymon) and Kyle Stoops (Stacey Andover); and her grandchildren, Savanah G. Stoops, Kyra A. Benfer and Joshua E. Benfer Many.
While the family appreciates the love and support from family and friends, they require that masks be worn and social distancing be observed during all visitations and services.
