He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Feliciana Cuellar; his wife Maria Esperanza Cuellar; his children, Javier Cuellar Mexico Juan, Susan Cuellar (Jesus Rosales Juarez), Mexico Carolina Cuellar Liberal, Martha Cuellar Liberal, Beatriz Cuellar Liberal and Rocio Cuellar Mexico; his grandchildren, Jesus Alberto, Erika, Jessica, Alejandro, Alejandra, Janeth Vasquez, Karina, Yvette, Denise, Alan, Jonathan, Michell, Adrian, Javier, Lluvia, Jose, Ivan and Sarahi; his great grandchildren, Alberto, Daniel, Leonardo, Matias, Nathaniel, Isaiah, Gael, Chelsey and Raphael; and his brothers, Roberto Urias and Benjamin Martinez.
