He is survived by: his children, Mandy Clingan Scholz of Manhattan, KS, Jesse Clingan of Nashville, TN, Lindsay Newton (Dan) of Manhattan, KS and Ramey Colgan (Greg) of Colleyville, TX; his siblings, Randy Clingan (Tami) of Mission Viejo, CA and Melinda Wills (Jim) of Sun City, AZ; and his grandchildren, Colby, Kyle Scholz, Molly, Sawyer, Asher, Jacob Newton, Abbe, Andrew, Makenna and Ben Colgan. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, their spouses and children.
