It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Cook of Liberal, Kansas, born in Beaver, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 8, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Overend Otis and Jessie Beck Cook; his wife Linda Carol Rhoades; and his sons, Justin Lynn Cook, Troy Strange and Mark Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Jessica Robinson, Cameron Strange of Houston, Michael Lewis of Tucson and Matthew Lewis of Wichita; and his sisters, Jody Thomas of Liberal, Nancy Cypret of Liberal and Susan Hudson of Dumas, Texas. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the funeral home to assist the family with their final expenses.
