He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Jean McGinley; and his grandparents, Tom, Jean Allingham, William and Wanda McGinley.
He is survived by: his father William Scott; his wife Monica McGinley of Liberal; his daughter Brayleigh McGinley of Kismet; his stepchildren, Auston Dunnam and Bella Dunnam of Liberal, Kansas.; his stepmother Marie McGinley of Wichita, Kansas.; his brothers, Brian McGinley (Mary) of Augusta and Dave McGinley (Katie) of Wichita; his uncles, Richard McGinley, Dan McGinley and Tom McGinley; and his close friend Toby Hicks. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to the McGinley College Fund for his children in care of Hornung Family Funeral Home.
