She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Lee Smith and Dorothy Smith (Keyser); her husband Ivan David Headrick; and her siblings, Everett Smith, Kathy Milton, Mary Brown and Paulette Hand.
She is survived by: her children, David, Kelly of Liberal, Gary (Jennifer) of Sublette, John (Laura Headrick) of Towanda, Sheri (Max Byrn) of Woodward and Joan (Layne Glunt) of Ottawa, Illinois.; her brother Paul Smith (Linda) of Ogden; her brothers-in-law, Bill Hand (Laura) and Ernie Milton; and her grandchildren, Amanda Chambers (Jordan), Julia Byrn, Jacob, Hayden, Regan Headrick, Kristen, Preston, Trinity Turner, Porche Pearson, Jessica Headrick, Colby, Landon, Avery Glunt, Zane, Brianna Headrick, Josiah Royse (Theresa) and Josh Royse. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
