He was predeceased by: his parents, Udelio Alvarez and Antonia Ibarra. He is survived by: his wife Maria Elena Alvarez of Turpin; and his children, Laura Alvarez Aguilar, Irma Alvarez, Margarita Alvarez, Josefa De La Cruz, Rosa Regalado, Gloria Alvarez, Tania Rosales6, Hector Alvarez, Juan Alvarez, Romeo Alvarez, Marcelino Alvarez, Javier Alvarez and Jessie Alvarez. He is also survived by 39 Grandchildren, 59 Great-Grandchildren, and 13 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
Memorial Donations suggested by the family to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of Hornung Family Funeral Home, 1212 W. 2nd Street, Liberal, Kansas.
