Laurita Kay Barr Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurita Kay Barr of Liberal, Kansas, born in Cimarron, Kansas, who passed away on April 24, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Naylor and Luella Naylor (Strobel); her granddaughter Stephanie Urwin; and her daughter-in-law Janie Barr. She is survived by: her husband Donald Gene Barr Sr.; and her children, Donald Barr Jr. (Kelli Mills) of Liberal, Candance Boren (Jesse) of Dodge City, Melody Gonzalez of Liberal and Tammi Watts (Greg Russell) of Panhandle. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
