He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Wells and Martha Wells (Harke); his wife Carol McDaniel; and his brother Arnold Wells (Carol McDaniel). He is survived by: his former spouse Beverly Edenborough; his children, Nicklous Dean Wells (Janet) of Dodge City, Gregory Lynn Wells (Chris), Deana Jo Wells (Dale), John Russell Wells (Sheryn) of San Antonio, TX and Divorced; his stepson Alan McDaniel of Liberal; his siblings, Yvonne Courterman of Enid, OK, W. D. Wells of Liberal, Ronald and Donald Wells of Guymon, OK.; his grandchildren, Kendra Wells, Cheyenne Wells of Ft Worth, TX, John Wesley of San Antonio, TX, Trevor Wells of Lincoln, NE and Cassandra Wells of Dodge City, KS; and his stepgranddaughter NicoleJohnson of Hugoton. He is also survived by several Great Grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to the Rotary Club or the First Christian Church in care of Miller Mortuary PO Box 826 Liberal, KS 67905-0826.
