She is survived by: her husband Craig Hay; her children, Shelby Hay of Manhattan, Kansas and Joshua Hay of Riverside, Missouri; her sister Carmie Pfenning (Bob) of Galeton; her nieces and nephews, Nick Pfenning and Lindsay Pearson; her granddaughter Beckett Hay; her parents-in-law, Jay and Kay Hay; her brother-in-law Rod Hay (Michelle); her nieces and nephews, Riley, Whitney and Reece; her children, Jayton and Jarren Scott Hay Kim; and also Beckett Hay.
She was the Executive Director of the Cooper Clark Foundation.
