He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Pavlicek and Newatlene Pavlicek (Kiger); and his sister Joyce Kay Pavlicek. He is survived by: his wife Trudi Clark; his son Josh Pavlicek (KristyAmber) of Plains, KS; and his grandchildren, Lane Pavlicek, Cale Pavlicek, Ella Pavlicek and Josie Pavlicek.
