She was predeceased by: her parents, Corwin Cavin and Thelma Cavin (Ward); and her siblings, Joe Cavin, Butch Cavin and Donna Wilson.
She is survived by: her son Michael Stephens of Joplin, MO; her sisters, Susan Byron of Liberal, KS, Ann Porterfield of Balko, OK and Jean Howell of Rockport, TX; her grandson Hunter James Stephens of Chickasha, OK; and her pet Bella. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the Liberal Good Samaritan Center or American Cancer Society in care of Miller Mortuary PO Box 826 Liberal, KS 67905-0826.
