With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Juana Torrez DeVinney (Liberal, Kansas), who passed away on October 23, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Silbester Torrez and Isabelle Ruiez Torrez; and her siblings, Jess, Manuel, Phil and Bobbie.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Ray DeVinney; her stepsons, Kelly DeVinney (Sonya) of Markel and Jacob DeVinney (Mehrnaz) of Pleasanton, California.; her siblings, Frank, Don and Phyllis; and her goddaughter Leticia Sauseda of Garden City. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
