It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John David Malin of Liberal, Kansas, who passed away on September 1, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Horace E. Malin and Elnora Malin (Heath); his wife Beverly Headrick; his children, Randy Malin of Liberal, Valerie Jean Mardick (Bruce) of Berthoud and Beverly Michelle Brien (Tom) of Paradise, Texas.; his siblings, Ralph Malin (Carole) of Newton and Estelle Boles (Steve) of Estes Park, Colorado.; his sister-in-law Dee Leete of Liberal; his grandchildren, Jennifer Malin, Jason Malin, Jarod Mouser, Ryan Mouser, Marissa Petrilli Roush (Mitchell) and John Michael Petrilli (Megan); his great grandchildren, Jessica, Aspen, Landon, Kurt, Cameron, Sophia, Emma and Alex; his son Anthony Earl "Tony" Malin; and his brother Wallace Edward "Fuzz" Malin.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Cal Farley Boys Ranch or the Southwestern College in care of the Hornung Family Funeral Home.
