She was predeceased by: her father John Elliott McIntosh; her nephew Jeremiah Worthen; and her grandparents, Raymond William, Mary Jane McIntosh (McKinley), Oscar Charles and Olive Marie Anderson (Johnson).
She is survived by: her children, Desirae Savanna (Luke) of Kingfisher, Oklahoma and Luke Havens; her granddaughter Lily Mae; her husband Hoyt Manning of Canadian; her granddaughters, Savanna Rae and Lily Mae Havens of Kingfisher, Oklahoma; her mother Jeanne McIntosh (Anderson) of Algood, Tennessee; her sisters, Wilma Love (Richard) of Cookeville, Betty Herrod (Roger) of Las Vegas and Kim McIntosh of Nicholasville, Kentucky; and her siblings-in-law, Holly Tecumseh (Carl) of Marlow, Paula Manning of Duncan, Oklahoma and Ricky Dale Manning (Hannah) of Osceola, Missouri.. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and numerous cousins.
